Footwear as if stepping onto a massive gel-like mass

The outsole, which would normally be rigid in order to support the entire body, is intentionally formed into a fluid silhouette that suggests a squishy, almost gooey softness. Rubber parts placed along the exterior add a visual accent to the design. Despite its thick sole, the shoe is engineered to support the body across the entire outsole, and through the flexibility of its materials, achieves both stability and a moderate level of cushioning.

In contrast, the upper is defined by a slim, elongated silhouette. A sculpted waist at the arch and a gentle slope running from toe to heel emphasize the shoe's vertical lines, creating an elegant, lengthening effect on the wearer's silhouette.   The minimalist knit upper features asymmetrical knit patterns and lacing, deliberately departing from the conventions of a typical sneaker. This design extends the visual flow of the outsole seamlessly into the upper.   A PVC component inspired by an abstracted and exaggerated interpretation of MOOPIE's distinctive footprint is mounted over the upper. By blurring the boundary between the upper and the outsole, it creates the impression that the shoe twists organically from top to bottom.
