A series in which the outsole is designed so symbolically that it appears to swallow the upper.
The image is that of a massive body moving lightly through water — like an orca swimming with unexpected grace.
A construction in which the outsole envelops a chunky, cushioned midsole brings the same sense of lightness found throughout the series to the foot.
The upper is knit in the image of an orca as well. It follows the curves of the outsole and is extremely long at the heel. The knitted fabric is coarse to give a cool impression.
Heel height is approx. 7 cm.
